I have been trying to be so "professional", I forget to be more relatable, and special be a friend.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have noticed the difference it makes to be human, even though I'm authentic.
I know this has to do with my background as a teacher. I talk to myself as I did to my students expecting the performance, I asked from them.
