Time-blocking: It's like a VIP reservation for your tasks. Give each one its own time slot and then, like a bouncer at a club, don't let anything else in during that time. Put away any distractions… I now it’s hard but we can all live without notification 🙌
Become the Master of No: You've got it. When tasks that don't align with your goals show up, tell them, "Nope, not today!". It's like refusing to put pineapple on your pizza, it just doesn't work for everyone. Anyway, who loves Hawaiian Pizza? 🫠
Time Out: Remember that all work and no play will have you feeling like a dried up raisin. Break it up a bit! Go get a coffee, dance in your living room, or just take a stroll around the block. Get some fresh here to come back stronger 💪
