Self comparison can be a destroyer of your new goalsā¦
I have been there soooo many times, that I canāt count anymore.
During one of the many days of December, I was scrolling on IG for hours I think (donāt judge me š) to forget how I felt and how I saw myselfā¦
Spoiler alert: burying your head in the sand doesnāt solve all your problems!
But I came across one Reels saying:
āYou canāt expect for things to change & also stay the sameā
I donāt know why, but it sticks with me since then.
Thatās why I decided along to plan goals to refine my habits.
& highly advise you to do the same.
Thatās what I decided to implement in my routine in 2024:
Reading for 30 minutes at least
I loved to read when I was younger, I remember all the books I used to read during the summer at the beachā¦
But after having started this solopreneur journey, I barely open a bookā¦ (excepted the cooking ones š)
Plus my husband offered me a Kindle! Itās a total revolution, for real!!!! When you are on the sun lounger, holding your 400-page book, it hurts like hell š
So I have taken the habit over 2 weeks now to start the day on my Kindle.
30 minutes each morning.

No more social media before 12pm
This was the first thing I was doing of my day.
When my phone was next to me when I woke up.
When my phone wasnāt next to me when I woke up.
When I started working, checking all my notifications.
This āhabitā was just a source of anxiety, pressure, stressā¦
When I decided to block the app with One Sec on my Iphone & not checking š before 12pm, I gave experience so much more productivity in the day.
Itās such a relief to start the day slowly, accordingly to your own terms!
Because checking otherās life before yoursā¦ hum humā¦
Just feed our self comparisonā¦ & make us feel sooo badā¦.
Not enough, not capable.
You're worth so more than this š
Journaling every morning to set up my mood for the day
I used to journal a bit when I started this.
First to just motivate myself.
I think I just kept this habit for a few weeksā¦
This time I wanted to include it in my routine.
So after reading, each morning I take 15 minutes to do journaling.
When you take the time to visualize what you want to accomplish, to practice gratification, it sets up your mood so well!
You are more than ready to smash everything & nothing or no one is holding you back!
Of course, Notion is here! I have set up my journal directly there to make it even more convenient & create the habit.

& evening to reflect on my day
Perfect to review it at the end of the year to see the progress we have done
CEO day
I havenāt done this before.
So itās a bit more challenging.
Basically a CEO day, in the way I see it is: working on my business & not in my business
Perfect time to learn new things, implement new things, do accounting, review strategiesā¦
In December, I have invested in a French mentorship with group coaching session (& spent over 2500ā¬) to develop my business in 2024
So I promise myself to attend to everyone & take the advantage of everything!
After all I paid for it š
Going to the gym at least 3 times per week
There is no secret to lose weight & feel better! I need to move my body more š
& itās not hard, since I spend my day either on my chair or on my couch!
Plus it will give me other perspective for my business
I remember in April when I had the idea of the 30-Day Twitter Challenge!
& the how you feel after a sessionā¦ no better feeling
I already see & feel the benefits:
More creativity
More peaceful
Less anxiety
Less rush
Donāt pressure yourself if you skip one day.
Itās not because you didnāt done one yesterday, you will ruin everything.
The game here is to see the long-term goals.
