How to do you stay motivated every day, Marlene?
No one's got the superpower to be relentlessly motivated all day, every day, and it's perfectly okay. We're human, not Duracell bunnies. đ°
However, here are 10 tips to keep that spark alight:
Set clear goals: But remember, Rome wasn't built in a day.
Celebrate wins: Big or small, they all count.
Workout: Move your body, move your mind.
Get a mentor: No, parents donât count. (Sorry, Mom!)
Stay curious: Be the cat, but avoid the fatal part.
Feed your brain: Books, podcasts, documentaries.
Take regular breaks: Because you're not a robot.
Mix it up: Routine is great but can be as exciting as watching paint dry.
Surround yourself with positivity: Energy vampires not allowed!
Believe in yourself: You're awesome. If you donât believe me, ask your dog.
However, remember to be gentle with yourself. It's okay to take time off.
In fact, it's more than okay, it's essential (thatâs what Iâm doing this weekend)
