Ah, two weeks of sweet freedom. Maybe you went on an exotic vacation (a.k.a your backyard) or perhaps did a deep dive into Netflix's secret menu.
Or you have just been run over life, just like me 😅
But, here we are.
The dreamy break bubble has popped, and your entrepreneurial spirit is itching to be reignited.
Fret not, my break-taking aficionados!
Here's the golden list to grease that rusty business wheel:
Morning Mojo: Set the tone! And no, snoozing doesn't count as a morning activity. Try swapping that "just 5 more minutes" with some stretches or deep breaths.
Plan: Not too little, not too much. You're aiming for the Goldilocks of planning here. Remember, the road to Procrastinationville is paved with overly ambitious plans.
Small victories first: Begin with the easy pickings. Clear out some old emails, respond to that client you've been ghosting (it's okay, we've all been there). You know, the tasks that make you feel like a productivity rockstar.
Reconnect with your 'why': Dive deep and fish out that initial spark. Remember when you started? Was it the freedom? The thrill? The love of what you do? Rekindle that fire.
Airplane mode: Put that phone on airplane mode. (It won't fly, but your productivity might.) Give yourself some uninterrupted, focused work time.
Accounta-BUDDY System: Announce your comeback! Call a friend, tweet, skywrite it! Okay, maybe not the last one... But, keep someone in the loop.
Milestone Fiesta: Finished a task? Do a little dance. Made a sale? Eat that treat. Big or small, every victory deserves a hurrah!
Blast from the Past: Look at your old testimonials, the projects you aced, or even that very first sale. You're awesome, in case you forgot.
Declutter & Dominate: A messy space equals a messy mind. Clear out the old coffee mugs, sort those random desktop icons, and make some mental space.
On Your Marks, Get Set...: Often the start is the steepest hill. You've got your shoes on, just need to take that step. Dive in headfirst!
Let's do this, champs! Remember, every empire was built one brick at a time. Your 2-week break is just a pause button, not a stop. Time to play again!
